I’m Tom Judge, a designer by training and a coach at heart. My work lives at the intersection of brand, performance, and purpose — helping organizations tell clearer stories, build stronger identities, and execute with the same discipline that great teams bring to the field.

My career started in product design, where I learned the power of simplicity — how form, function, and feeling work together to create connection.

That same mindset carried into my years as a professional photographer and filmmaker, capturing stories of athletes, teams, and brands driven by purpose. It taught me how to see brand and performance through both a creative and human lens.

Later, as an in-house creative director, I led design and content teams to build visual systems that inspired action and scaled across every touchpoint.

Over the last decade, I’ve helped build, guide, and grow brands that move people — from global innovators to youth sports organizations shaping the next generation.
